Refund policy

At Singular Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the following guidelines and procedures to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@singular.care within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for returning the item(s).

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow [number of days] days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable goods

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at info@singular.care within 30 days of receiving the order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund for the item.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, the standard return process applies.
