Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Singular Care, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your purchase. Please review our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy below for information on how to cancel your order based on the different purchase options available:
1. Standard Purchases:
For products that fall under our standard purchase category (non-customized and non-made-to-order items), you can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@singular.care as soon as possible to request the cancellation.
- If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
2. Customized or Made-to-Order Purchases:
For products that are customized or made-to-order, we begin production shortly after receiving your order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, cancellation requests can only be accommodated within 15 days from the time of purchase. To request a cancellation for a customized or made-to-order item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@singular.care as soon as possible.
- If your order has not entered production, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel the order, and the standard return policy will apply.
3. Subscription Purchases:
For subscription-based purchases, you can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section and select the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click on the "Cancel Subscription" option and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Please note that for subscription cancellations, you will continue to receive and have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation.
Refunds:
If your order is eligible for a refund due to cancellation, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow [number of days] days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
